Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Stevenage

Working Hours:

• Mon – Sun: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tues & Thurs: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Client: Teenage male with complex care needs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care for a teenage requiring tracheostomy, ventilation, suctioning, nebuliser, PEG feeding, gastro tube feeding, incontinence care, and hoisting assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tracheostomy, ventilation, and suctioning support.
• Assist with PEG and gastro tube feeding.
• Manage incontinence care and mobility using hoists.
• Ensure the client’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family.

Requirements:

• Experience in tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG care.
• Relevant care certifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid & Manual Handling training (preferred).
