School Vaccination Nurse

Overview: We are seeking approximately 8 skilled nurses to join our Harrow team for the upcoming flu season. Our team covers all schools in the Harrow areas, vaccinating consented children from Reception to Year 11. This role is crucial in protecting children against the flu virus during this peak season.

Must have a dbs on the update service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various schools within the Harrow catchment area to administer flu vaccinations.
• Efficiently vaccinate 20-25 children per hour, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Uphold VaccinationUK's high standards of care and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with our team to cover all scheduled schools and ensure smooth delivery of the vaccination program.

Essential Criteria:

• Understanding of VaccinationUK: Candidates must have a clear understanding of our company’s mission and operations, particularly in the context of school vaccinations.
• Knowledge of the Flu Season: Familiarity with the flu virus, its impact, and the importance of timely vaccination during the designated season.
• Vaccination Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to vaccinate 20-25 children per hour.
• Registered PIN or Healthcare Professional Equivalent: Candidates must hold a valid PIN or an equivalent registration as a healthcare professional.
