Job Overview:

Nutrix Medical is looking for an experienced Major Ortho Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team in London. You will play a critical role in assisting surgeons during complex orthopedic procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and managing surgical instruments with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during orthopedic surgeries.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Ensure accurate instrument counts and patient safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with valid NMC/HCPC registration.
• Proven experience as a scrub nurse in major orthopedic surgeries.
• Excellent knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have UK experience
