Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with complex health needs in Hertfordshire. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care in a home environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions
• Manage tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, and catheter care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualised care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, family members, and carers
• Train and support healthcare assistants in delivering specialist care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience in complex care or critical care settings
• Strong clinical skills, including tracheostomy and ventilation care (training provided if required)
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
• Right to work in the UK
