Shift: Day Shifts (6:30am - 9:30am)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Carer to join our team in North London. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs. This role involves assisting with daily activities, particularly focusing on morning routines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to the person we are supporting.
• Assist with dressing and grooming from 6:30am to 9:30am.
• Support daily living activities to enhance the individual's quality of life.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of the person at all times.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care (preferred).
